How to Book Your Event
Step 1: Inquiry Fill out our rental inquiry form with your event details and preferred date.
Step 2: Confirmation We'll reach out to confirm availability and discuss your needs — drink service, setup time, special requests, etc.
Step 3: Deposit Secure your date with a $100 deposit via e-transfer to info@oldhandcoffee.com (note your name and event date).
Step 4: Final Details We'll send a formal confirmation and coordinate all the details leading up to your event.
Step 5: Celebrate Show up, enjoy your gathering, and leave the space as you found it!

Before booking, please note:
✓ Our event space is upstairs with no elevator — please plan accordingly for accessibility needs
✓ The space must be left as found, with furniture returned to original positions
✓ No wall attachments or alterations that could damage the space
✓ We typically require 7 days advance notice, but reach out anyway — we'll do our best!
✓ Outside food and décor welcome — just let us know your plans
✓ Oldhand Coffee is not liable for injuries, lost items, or other issues during your event
✓ Our liquor license covers your event — no additional permits needed, and outside alcohol is not permitted

Community Table Rental
During regular WEEKDAY hours we will now be accepting 2 hour bookings for our upstairs long table for a $100 minimum spend on food & drinks! Perfect for a sit down meeting or team workshop in a public space.
Rental Application
Fill out our quick inquiry form and our events coordinator will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Please account for set up + clean up of space. A $100 deposit is required for all bookings and can go towards rental costs.
