Farmed by Roque Quispe at his farm “Agua Dolce” in Santa Cruz Peru. Roque works closely with the importer, Origin Coffee, to grow more sustainable crops that have yielded fantastic results. This has led to growing the ever exciting Gesha varietal, which is further made stunning with the use of anaerobic fermentation; leading to the gem of Agua Dolce, a intense yet delicate floral coffee with crisp mandarin flavours and a pervasive sweetness. This coffee is truly next level, and we are beyond excited to share this gem.
